Tension Fabric Backdrop Sarawak
A full-colour printed fabric backdrop on a tool-free aluminium frame, made to order in our Melaka factory and sent to your door in Sarawak in 9–12 working days (7 working days production, then air freight 2–5 working days). From RM796, plus shipping quoted by parcel weight.
For a booth at a trade show, a product launch, a company dinner or a school event in Kuching (BCCK), Miri, Sibu, Bintulu and across Sarawak, a tension fabric backdrop gives you a clean, wrinkle-free wall behind your team and your logo. Use it as an exhibition backdrop, an event backdrop on stage, or a media wall for photos. We handle the fabric backdrop printing ourselves, to order, in our own workshop in Melaka and send it straight to you, so you deal directly with the people who make it.
Straight or curved backdrop?
A straight backdrop stands flat and gives you the most room for a logo and text. It is the usual choice for the back wall of an exhibition booth, in sizes from 8 x 8 ft up to 10 x 20 ft. A curved backdrop bends gently towards the audience, which frames whoever stands in front of it. It works well for stages, media corners and photo walls, in 8 x 8 or 8 x 10 ft. Both come single or double sided.

Our tip: Check the back wall of your booth before you pick a size. An 8 x 8 ft backdrop is 2.4 m wide and sits comfortably in a 3 x 3 m booth. An 8 x 10 ft one is 3.05 m wide, so it needs a wall longer than 3 m. If the venue gives you exact booth measurements, send them to us and we will suggest a size.

Backdrops for BCCK, Kuching events and the rest of Sarawak
Trade fairs at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) use the standard 3 m × 3 m booth, which the 8 × 10 ft straight backdrop (W296 × H228 cm) covers. In Miri, Sibu and Bintulu, the 8 × 8 ft set suits hotel function rooms and mall roadshows where wall space is smaller.
Sarawak orders travel by air freight: 7 working days printing after artwork approval, then 2–5 working days to your door, 9–12 working days in total. For Gawai celebrations at the start of June or company dinners at year end, order about three weeks before the date.
Government agencies, universities and schools in Sarawak can order with a Local Order (LO). We are registered with ePerolehan, and the cart gives you an official quotation to attach.
