Prices and quotations
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Your quotation shows the item price, delivery charge and total. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Payment
Pay only to RAMA DISPLAY by bank transfer or DuitNow QR, as shown on your quotation. We never change our bank details by email or WhatsApp. Production starts after payment is received.
Artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos or images you send us. We check that files print correctly and send a proof for your approval before production. Colours may vary slightly between screen and fabric.
Delivery

Returns
Printed items are made to order. See our return policy for defective or damaged items.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
