Straight or curved backdrop?
A straight backdrop stands flat and gives you the most room for a logo and text. It is the usual choice for the back wall of an exhibition booth, in sizes from 8 x 8 ft up to 10 x 20 ft. A curved backdrop bends gently towards the audience, which frames whoever stands in front of it. It works well for stages, media corners and photo walls, in 8 x 8 or 8 x 10 ft. Both come single or double sided.

Our tip: Check the back wall of your booth before you pick a size. An 8 x 8 ft backdrop is 2.4 m wide and sits comfortably in a 3 x 3 m booth. An 8 x 10 ft one is 3.05 m wide, so it needs a wall longer than 3 m. If the venue gives you exact booth measurements, send them to us and we will suggest a size.

Which backdrop size for MITEC, KLCC or WTCKL?
Most trade fairs at MITEC, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) and WTCKL use shell-scheme booths of 3 m × 3 m. The 8 × 10 ft straight backdrop (W296 × H228 cm) covers the whole back wall of a 3 m booth, and the 8 × 8 ft (W230 × H230 cm) leaves room for a side banner. A 3 m × 6 m booth takes the 8 × 20 ft (W598 cm).
For a hotel ballroom stage, a company dinner or a launch in a mall atrium, go taller: the 10 × 10 ft (300 × 300 cm) and 10 × 20 ft (600 × 300 cm) sets stay visible above a seated crowd and fill the camera frame for media photos.
Work back from your build-up day: allow 7 working days for printing after you approve the artwork, then 1–3 working days by courier. We can send it to your office or straight to the venue, so tell us the hall, booth number and the organiser's delivery times.
The frame and printed cover pack into one canvas bag (about 6 kg for an 8 × 10 ft set) that fits in a car boot, so you can bring it in through the exhibitor entrance and set it up yourself.

Can you deliver the backdrop straight to the exhibition hall in KL?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Kuala Lumpur. Give us the venue, hall and booth number when you order; the courier delivers 1–3 working days after printing (7 working days). Check the organiser's move-in times so someone is at the booth to receive it.
What fabric and printing do you use?
260 gsm polyester stretch fabric, printed by dye-sublimation. The ink goes into the fibres, so colours stay bright, the print does not crack, and the cover can be machine washed.
Is it hard to set up?
No. The aluminium frame pushes together by hand with no tools. Pull the fabric cover over it and close the zip. One person can have it standing in 15 minutes.
