Backdrop quotations for schools, universities and government
Pick a size, add it to the cart, and download an official quotation (sebut harga) as a PDF in a few minutes. We are a registered ePerolehan supplier (EP-0811F004N), backdrops start from RM796, and delivery across Peninsular Malaysia is free.
Procurement officers, school admin teams and event committees have to justify every purchase with the right paperwork. We built our ordering around that, so you can get a quotation for a tension fabric backdrop without waiting for a salesperson to call back.
Who we supply
Schools and PIBG committees, universities and colleges, ministries, state and district offices, agencies and GLCs. Typical uses are open days, convocations, education fairs, launches, official ceremonies and exhibitions. One frame can be used year after year: when the event changes, you only order a new printed fabric.
How the quotation works
- Choose the backdrop. On the product page, pick straight or curved, the size, and single or double sided. The price appears straight away.
- Request a quotation. Add it to the cart and enter your organisation's details. The quotation is issued by RAMA DISPLAY, the registered business you pay.
- Download the PDF. Save the A4 quotation for your file or attach it to your approval request.
- Confirm and pay. When approved, we can issue a proforma invoice for payment. Payment goes only to RAMA DISPLAY.
- Send your artwork. Use the template for your size on our artwork page. We check the file before printing.
Our tip: Need quotations from more than one supplier? Ours takes a few minutes and shows every size with a fixed price, so it is easy to compare like for like.
